Plan BThis study examines the effects of dust on employees working in the oil wells in the desert, how they are protected, and what regulation Saudi Arabia has to address this issue. The study will also look for solutions to help XZY Oil Company provide possible solutions to employees working in such environments. This study examined similar case studies, literature and surveyed to achieve the goal. The data were collected to understand the company and the conditions the workers have to work in. The study results reveal that many of the factors related to protective behaviors were missing and overlooked by both the employees and the management.
